Unable to COTO repair Sage's Sash

    Title: Unable to COTO repair Sage's Sash
    Reproduction Rate: Only tried it once and it failed every time :p
    Blocker? Nope
    Details:
    Steps to Reproduce: I put my Sage's Sash and a COTO on the crafting table and while it would've let me salvage it it wouldn't let me repair it. I was able to repair it with a repair kit.
