    Title: Unable to create sign tooltip message
    Reproduction Rate: Only one sign at one location (see picture below)
    Blocker? No
    Details: Clicking/double clicking on sign does nothing. Cursor is white.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to specified location. Spam click to your heart's content.
