Details:
I never found the 'Toggle All' option from the Skills window. Not even during the QA testing.

Tested schools:

• Ranged
• Focus
• Subterfuge

From Release 46 instructions:

• User Interface Polish:
  • Toggle All for Skills: You now have an option on the skills screen to set all skills in a school to Train, Unlearn, Not Train, or Maintain.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open the Skills window
2) Open a school in the Adventuring tab
3) Try to find the 'Toggle All' option

OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

I think you right click on the skill on the left panel - I'll dig it out for you when i get home from work - I did find it

More Details:
The 'Toggle All' options too difficult to find from the Skills UI window.
The Release 46 Instructions document does not tell you how to find the 'Toggle All' options from the Skills window.
