Unable to place candle in the middle of sturdy tables (home deco)

    Title: Unable to place candle in the middle of sturdy tables (home deco)
    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker? No
    Details: For some reason all kinds of candles cannot be place on the middle of any sturdy tables in the house.
    Steps to Reproduce: Drag any candle and place it on top of a sturdy table.

    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-9590 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 16284
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007

    Stocking my vendors
    I am having this same issue in Release 39. Iron lanterns will not place either. Going to try making it into a Gothic Table and see if that helps.
