Unable to Place Planting Pot and Barrel on Lot

Title: Unable to Place Planting Pot and Barrel on Lot

Details: You are unable to place either the planting barrel on pot on the exterior of your lot. There was room to place these items on the exterior of the lot.
Steps:
1) Get a planting pot (either the reward pledge or from the vendor) or a planting barrel or both.
2) Head to a lot you own. (Tested on a village lot with a town deed and a Founder Edelman house.)
3) Try to place either of the items.
4) Neither of the items will be placeable. You get the double-x cursor, if the item can't be placed. You get the green icon if the item can be placed.
5) When you release the mouse button, nothing happens. The item is still tied to the cursor.

Confirmed with Planting Pot an Village Lot.
Can be placed in a Greenhouse, but if you go out of the Greenhouse, with the planting bowl on your cursor, you cant get rid of it.

 

@jiirc @Senash Kasigal I'm having difficulty reproducing this issue. Could you both provide /loc details to your lots for investigation if this issue is still occurring?

Here is the location of my lot. I own the lot.

Area: Soltown (Novia_R1_City_Soltown) Loc: (-98.4, 27.1, -8.6)

 

Area: Dracheninsel (POT_island_metropolis_01_template) Loc: (241.6, 89.0, -186.4)

Outside the Greenhouse: Planting Pot green, but not placable
Inside the Greenhouse: Planting Pot green and placable
