[Unable to repro]Cannot create cure poison potions.

2. Details: cure poison potionas cannot be crafted.
3. Steps to Reproduce: learn cure poison potion from a recipe, go to alchemy table. try to double click and create a cure poison potion. The craft button does not light. up. The materials are transferred as listed in the recipe but cannot craft the potion. Below the crafting tool slot, it says no recipe found.
   this issue happens with each recipe I've got in my book. So far I've tried 3 stations.

Issue was resolved by removing the tool from the quick slot. closing crafting menu. opening crafting menu.
inserting craft tool and double clicking the recipe again. Not sure if this is a permanent fix or not.
