[Unable to repro] Devotional Blessings - cancel on scene change

    Details: Change scenes and lose devotional blessings - has happened more than once - Kiln, Northwood and Bastion's Point.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get a blessing and change scenes, notice that they do not carry over

    I am not able to repro in build 582: got the blessing in Kiln, left to overworld. I also went to into the sewers. There may be some other specific trigger that is related, but this also might be fixed...
