[Unable to repro] Light in Graff Gem Mine doesn't illuminate

    Title: Light in Graff Gem Mine doesn't illuminate
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: One of the lights in Graff Gem Mines Looks like it's on but doesn't Illuminate (see screen shot)
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Go to the second Copper area of Graff Gem Mines
    2. Turn on light
    3. Run around a bit
    4. Look at light
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16313
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPU RAM: 4060
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.645.Date.08.03.17

    I was not able to repro this in the same build (live)
    Looks to be working now.
