[Unable to repro] Oracle Colossus - item missing (Spoilers)

    Details: The Lens fragment is missing from the chest.

    Since this one and the Epitaph one is missing, more than likely the Grannus piece is missing too.

    I am not sure if I can verify that the Grannus piece will be there due to my character not being strong enough right now.

    Upon following up on the prior bugs it seems we just can't repro this in offline mode. So this is strange.
    I'm now wondering if you got these tasks by opening the chest in Boreas Colossus? That was a prior bug when people opened the quest loot chest (fix is on the way)
    Did you start this quest at the Oracle in Brit?

    Yeah after I finished the Love Path, Sequanna told me to go to Boreas.

    I talked to the Kobald smith to get the Oracle Path started and then talked to the Brittany Oracle and got the Oracle quests/tasks.

    I have only been able to find the Brittany and Opalis page items. The other items do not show up in the chests, but the tasks clear like I have them.

    For the Lens quests, the Xanthous and Cerulean also do not show up, but the tasks clear and I get the new entries to use the lenses.

    I thought as much, but had to ask. Because your character is in offline mode we cannot access it. And we don't have a way to give you these items :/
    I'm glad you pinged me on these because these were all submitted separately, so it's not as easy to tell that they are all coming from one person who is stuck. When I checked the regression testing on these I saw what my group came back with.
    Other than the pending quest reset (which will fix this, as we cannot repro this problem internally) I'm not sure what else we can do, I'm sorry to say.
