unable to salvage elven hilts

Steps to Reproduce:

get a large number of +1 elven estoc swords and try to salave them. you won't get any hilts.

I just salvaged 75 +1 elven estocs and didn't get a single hilt. i also salvaged about 20-30 torc'dawl hammers/slicers and d idn't get a single thing from that either (aside from patterns and scraps). something is very wrong.

i had no problem gettng lots of bow strings from elven bows.

my salvage for blacksmithing is 115. i am at an expert table with a true bronze hammer, and have an active potion of reclamation.

Please fix ... and i'd sure love to get my 75 +1 elven estocs back. it took a long time to gather those.
