Unable to select plots to water

    Title: Unable to select plots to water
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: I have buckets of water but can not select the plots to water. I hit tab and it still wont let me select it.
    Steps to Reproduce: log out and in still cant target it
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4440S CPU @ 2.80GHz (4) System RAM: 12228
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.495.Date.10.26.16

    tested planting on an available empty planter, planting was fine, initial secondary watering was fine... then plot became non interactive, once it shifted to "wet" mode.. I guess maybe a tooltip with "its already drowning, you want to kill it?" would be suitable?.. hehe... nothing dry enough to see if watering becomes available when that part cycles up, yet.

    I'm having a similar issue after planting an Eternal Mandrake Root Seed this afternoon.

    I see the sprout growing in the pot, but when I hover mouse over it to check if needs watering, the tooltip says "Planting Pot"... as if it's available to plant something else. See /loc below.
