Unable to set Item Permissions on Wishing Well (Or any fountain)

    Details: There is no way to set item permissions on the Wishing Well (or any other well or fountain) so they can only inherit the default permissions. This means that if you wish someone else to be able to use the well, you have to set the lot/town default permissions very low, which is contrary to the purpose of having default permissions.
