Title: Unable to stack 1x1x2 stone blocks.

Details: I am unable to stack 1x1x2 stone blocks. I can do this in R51 but it's impossible in R52 QA.
Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to stack 1x1x2 stone blocks.

Title: imposible to stack stone blocs

Blocker? Yes for constructions using blocs
Details: it is impossible anymore to stack any types of blocks since release 52
Steps to Reproduce: stack any block on top of another one
