Unable to swap decks with coconuts equipped

    Title: Unable to swap decks with coconuts equipped.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I can swap decks to one that has the coconuts as part of the linked equipment but then I cannot switch back (the swap deck icon is grayed out).
    Steps to Reproduce: Create a second deck that has coconuts as part of the linked equipment, set it as alternate and then click the swap deck icon. The coconuts will be equipped and then the swap deck icon will be grayed out. The hotkey will also not work.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.416.Date.11.10.16

    There's been discussion on it but no dev input, so I bugged it to see if we could get some kind of solution.
