Unable to upgrade Village Stone 1 story basement..

    Received a ingame window that stated that an upgrade is available to me. Village 1 story stone basement to Village 2 story stone basement. the window said to right click the basement deed for upgrade but I dot get an option to upgrade it when I right click it in my inventory.

    @Navalium, you will need to restart the client first. if that doesn't fix it, report back!
