Undelivered Mail quest....corpses missing

Have been to all the roadways and trails that i know have the corpses but they are not respawning. Is this intened. Once i get mail off the corpse does it not respond again when i leave the zone. Kinda confused on this one.

 

You can only carry one piece of undelivered mail at a time. If you already have one, you need to get rid of it first. Then things should spawn and you can another piece.

 

Yes i know this. No mail in my pack at all....my point was even with No Mail....the corpses are not respawning. That is why i asked if it was intended that since i have completed the quest i therefore no longer see them. Just curious.

 

The quest should be repeatable for the XP and gold plus the 4 magic prints - earth, air, fire and water.

Be careful with the undelivered letter, it is in the top of the item list instead of the bottom with other quest items, like the undelivered package.
