    Title: Unflagged PvP players can heal PvP players without flagging
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Exploitable
    Details: Casting Aoe effects allows the non pvp flagged player to heal and purify a pvp flagged player.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast any aoe beneficial spell by a PvP flagged party member.
