    Details: The Blacksmith in Storms Reach has "Unknown Item" listed twice in his inventory with broken icons.
    Steps to Reproduce: Open vendor window
    User Specs: OS: Win10 Home v 1511 build 10586.494
    Processor: AMD A8-5500 APU w/Radeon HD Graphics 3.20 GHz
    RAM: 8GB
    System: 64-bit, x64-based processor
