Unlock Utility Hotbar - not able to speak to adventurer trainer (in Highvale Outskirts)

    Hi,
    When I double click on the trainer, the skill window pops up but I am not able to interact with the npc. Is there a command I need to use to talk to the npc?

    Yes, this is blocking the quest.

    MacOS: 10.12.6 - Sierra
    SOTA: r47

    go into settings > interface and turn off skip conversations with merchants

    The "Skip Conversations with Merchants" setting was enabled. So I could not interact with the merchant. How many quests require merchant interactions? Maybe this is a bug.
