Unusually Poor Performance 'this morning' (UK/EU 10am GMT)

Just that. Wonder what other EU players are experiencing today? It doesn't seem to be general Sunday morning network traffic - though I'm no expert - I'm seeing spells and other general effects and game time 'ticks' are freezing and lagging up really badly, especially in combat making it borderline playable.

In my expert opinion ;-) Port or their contractors need to start a new instance or cycle the servers as they have probably been gathering crud in the memory for a couple of days over the weekend.

Good to hear. London here :=( My connection is probably getting bombed by 'weekend drivers'. Thanks for the feedback, Ill try a system restart and clean out any background progs just in case.
