(updated) Offline Mode - Characters Listing reversed

I have always had my most actively used Character on Offline Mode at the top of the Character Listing when logging in to the Offline Mode. All of a sudden the Character Listing has reversed and now my least used Character is at the top of the listing and my most used Character is all the way at the bottom. The entire list has reversed. How to do get them back the way they have been since I created them and where they need to be?

Update: I loaded one of my character's saved games and now all the character sequencing is back as it should be. This is still a bug in my opinion if the listing order changes just because you load an existing saved game.
