    Title: upgraded deeds show less than five options
    Reproduction Rate: 4/4 i have in my inventory
    Blocker? no
    Details: upgrading is not giving a refreshed list of five options. i have one deed that is down to two, in fact. selling it to myself on a vendor and trading it to someone else and back did not reset it.

    i also tried placeing it in a house and dungeon then "send to bank".. those didn't help either
