Upgrading Pledge To Include Housing & Lot?

My Payment Plan pledge for Explorer is drawing near to completion and I've decided to either purchase Ancestor or add-on a house and a lot, my question is can I upgrade my pledge now using the Payment Plan or must I wait until my current Payment Plan is complete?

I fancy the Viking Hall with a Village Lot, which adds up to $210 which is a farir amount for me including the $123 for Explorer I've already paid for, is there a cheaper way to do it?

if you really want that Viking Hall and a Village Lot, then take it.
i would go for Ancestor and add a 4 story row house and a 5 story row basement from the store. Thats about the same price you are willing to pay, but your house will be tax free and you will have a lot more space in your house (but none outside). Also you get a lot of extra rewards for the Ancestor level.
