[Known] Used Shadow Form - Now Invisible to Party Members but not NPCs

    Title: Used Shadow Form - Now Invisible to Party Members but not NPCs
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No?
    Details: I used shadow form and became permanently invisible to party members but not the mobs.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use shadow form after you DC and die and are unable to rez via ankh or by your party members and have to relog.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (4) System RAM: 12154
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 GPU RAM: 4019

    This is working on dev, after additional testing. Stealthed avatars are not completely invisible to other avatars. NPCs could always detect players depending on their stealth percentage AND by how close they get :)
