    Details:
When storing an object in a chest with public openable permissions but private remove/add object permissions, using the right-click->equip item option causes a 'item failed to equip' error message, but upon re-attempting to equip the object, it will create a 'phantom' version of that object on your character sheet's paper doll. The phantom object will grant effects and work exactly like the original, but will be unremovable, and if it becomes unequipped it will vanish. Leaving the instance, reloading the game, or quitting will also cause the object to unequip and vanish. Any existing equipment occupying the slot that the phantom object is equipped to will be moved to inventory as normal.

    Steps to reproduce:
Store an object in a public container such as a bag.
Set permissions to disallow removal or addition of objects.
Equip an object in the container via the right-click->equip context menu.
