Vague quest title for "Return to Zalo at Dawn"

    Forgot to take the bug details. "Return to Zalo at Dawn" quest ask player to visit the Zalo at Dawn but Zalo dialog asks player to visit it AFTER Dawn and the quest can only be completed after dawn.
