    Title: Valhold Fall through ceiling planks

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: The planks at this location let the avatar fall straight through instead of walk or balance on them.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Area: Valhold (Novia_R10_City_Valhold) Loc: (-105.2, 81.1, -24.7) DBG: Tm92aWFfUjEwX0NpdHlfVmFsaG9sZHx8KC0xMDUuMTU1LCA4MS4xMiwgLTI0LjcwMil8KDAsIDAuMjk0LCAwLCAtMC45NTYpfC00MTQuMjA3MXw1Mi4yMzk5MXwxLjI1

    2. Move forward over the ceiling planks.

    3. Observe: Avatar falls straight through.

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 524.
