Various types of dragons

Dragons are one of the most interesting and feared creatures in RPG games.

It would be cool to have different types of dragons, some very rare and VERY hard to kill.

 

I agree.

On the definition of dragons I think they should be a political faction unto themselves.

They should have an interest in the controlling power within Novia keeping an eye on politics, economy and avatars.

I would imagine a dragon of sufficient level to have a territory (in their own mind) spanning most of Novia. Flying and settling wherever they would land in NPC lands, PRTs and POTs demanding what they want.

 

I think it would also be nice to have intelligent dragons that you can actually talk with. If you piss them off, they attack. If you keep them happy, they might give you quests or reward you for certain behaviors. But make these either rare encounters or very hard to find/get to (minus of course the whole internet destroys all secrets aspect of reality).

 

They have an issue with mob variety across the board. I really wish they would focus on having more variety on normal mobs. It gets boring to take on 4 basic mobs:

1) Archer
2) Mage that just casts fireballs
3) Warriors with sword shield or a hammer.
4) Various animal that behaves the same (wolf, bear)

That seems to be the same across the few different class's that are in the game like elf, undead, cultist and kobold.

how about mages that cast different kinds of spells like earth and water?

How about more kinds of types like different humanoids other the Cultists.
