Vauban Pass needs a toll bypass

There should be a way to get through Vauban Pass without running or dying to get through.

Especially since the player is required to go through as part of a main quest line.

 

A girl is opposed to running?

 

Fwiw, there is an alternate route to Drachvald. You can go to Serpent's Spine Mine, through Spindrift Pass, and come out through Graff Gem Mines. It's slower and still involves some danger, but probably less chance of dying than Vauban I think.

 

I've never been in a reasonable position to use a toll considering how steep the price is. They may as well be asking me to cut off my arm for safe passage.

 

Don't know if it is that bad, but maybe a pinky.

Definitely a steep price to avoid a minor annoyance.
