vendor chainmail enchanting success 0/0 durability

    Title: vendor chainmail enchanting success 0/0 durability
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When enchanting brand new npc vendor purchased chainmail items, the enchant suceeds, but the item is left with 0/0 durability and is not useable. I tested this with boots/gloves/leggings/helm (the chest was a fail and returned scraps). Note - the npc vendor purchased augmented chainmail chest + leggings does not have this problem, only the vanilla chainmail version.
    Steps to Reproduce: purchase chainmail boots, chainmail gloves, chainmail helm, chainmail leggings, chainmail chestpiece and enchant it.

    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz (12) System RAM: 24567
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti GPU RAM: 6047
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.419.Date.05.27.16
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01_template
