Vendor Date, how does it work for listings over a year old?

    Because we've got vendors out there that haven't been updated since persistence. For example, ones last updated in Feb 2017, does it say "2017" rather than "Feb 12"? If it's the latter, they will look like their items are just listed.

    A small concern, but just wondering.
