    I noticed a vendor deed being sold by the house NPC?

    Does this mean they are selling vendors?

    Yes. Vendors that charge a commission on sales can be purchased with gold in game.

    Does anyone know if the commission vendor charges the same tax rates as the public vendors? Do our items expire on them like they do on public vendors? It's a big hunk of money to spend without such details, I think they should be included in the tool tip before you purchase them.
