    2. Reproduction Rate: Unknown
    3. Blocker? Probably not
    4. Details: Items for sale on "The Hyena" have the red message: "This item is not currently available to the public because the vendor that it is associated with is not currently placed on a housing lot."
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Examine the vendor at --> Area: Crossroads Loc: (-15.3, 36.0, -337.3)
