Vendor spots for rent??

this was most likely covered but are you able to rent vendor spots to people. like if you have your house on main street. prime spot for us merchants out there

 

Currently a Village lot allows for 2 NPCs. A Row lot 1. A Town lot 3.

You won't be renting to many people.

 

Well... more than one person can put items for sale on a single vendor.. so they CAN be shared (up to the sale item limit).

 

This idea and rent for lots is all up to the players to handle ther are no mechanics set up by game to pay rent to players from players and I hope they never do.

 

since you can control what level of access is required to list things on your vendor, you could theoretically charge people to give them the lot rights necessary to use your vendor. you'd have to arrange to collect it yourself, though.

me, if i like someone, i'll give it for free. if i don't, there's no amount high enough.

 

Humm all good statement. I was just reminiscing of the old Ultima days. Have the new Luna. And would greatly help the game economy . Rent lot/house/vendor or whatever. No movement of product less activity in the game It would be wise to incorporate a method to do this. . Inscription a scroll into a contract signed by both. With underlined penalty of something.this is a world. Not a daycare we play for keep If that's you thing of course
