Title: Vendor's Inventory (Loading Items)
Reproduction Rate: Often. Big cities more affected

Details:
- Please add a new message to Vendors, like (Loading Inventory) prior to the "This Vendor has no Items", because this is causing a recurring issue that you never know where that vendor in particular has already finished loading (most cases it wasn't).

It occurs more frequently on populated POTs, although most vendors in Owl's Head will sufer the same. Sometimes they take so long to load, that you close the vendor prior to noticing it is not really empty, thus affecting both the byuer as seller.


Steps to Reproduce:
- Load on a POT (simulate low bandwidth and high latency preferred)
- Run to a vendor while the city is still loading the lots, or even after
- Click a vendor, usually have to wait several seconds until you can see he's not trully empty.
