    Details:
    It is rather well known that the stock on merchants... varies... around the lands. However it has been brought to my attention that there are no potatoes for sale in Aerie. And there is a quest that asks for some. These two vendors sell vegetables, but not potatoes. Yet there is a box with potatoes right in front of them! Marked no-steal, of course.
    This is kind of a general problem, there needs to be more continuity with the vendors. FWIW, the nearest potato seller is in Vertas.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Need a potato
    - Want a potato
    - Go to the vendor
    - Try to buy a potato
    - Resist the temptation to steal a potato
