Title: Horse VFX persist in 1st person view, horse body doesn't + no camera bounce
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
Details: The VFX on Nightmare, Shadow, and Ghost mounts persist when in 1st person view - if the horse's head/neckl isn't visible, perhaps the VFX shouldn't be either? Also, the horse's body is invisible to the rider in first person mode when spinning around to different angles and you can see a gap where the rider would be, if visible. I kind of envisioned seeing the horse's head on the bottom of the screen while mounted in 1st person (see 1st screenshot) - and the VFX here would 'sort of' be that - except the head and neck are missing except for the VFX. Also, there is no visual "camera bounce" effect while riding in 1st person for any horse types - I envisioned seeing a bit of that. See video here from Oblivion - this is what I was imagining for 1st person view:

Steps to Reproduce: Mount the 3 referenced horses, and view the game in 1st person mode.
