Title: Video Resolution in Options menu inaccurate
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? No
Details: The display resolution was showing as "1280x720 (60hz)" -- however it was actually 1900x1200
Steps to Reproduce: Logout on 1 computer set to 1920x1080 (60hz) -- quit -- load the game on another PC with the resolution already set to 1280x720 (60hz) - the game will actually be running at 1900x1080 and the video options menu will lie and say it's 1280x720
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz (4) System RAM: 8073
GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 GPU RAM: 2146
    Area: Novia_R9_City_Northwood
    Area Display Name: Northwood
    Loc: (89.8, 40.0, -259.0)
    Debug: Tm92aWFfUjlfQ2l0eV9Ob3J0aHdvb2R8fCg4OS44NCwgNDAsIC0yNTguOTkxKXwoMCwgMC45OTksIDAsIC0wLjAzNil8MTc2LjEyNzN8MTQuMjQ5Mjl8Mi44Nzk5OTg=

This is 1920x1080 -- yet the video options is saying it's 1280x720

This is what 1280x720 really looks like:
