Video Settings (etc) in bug report

    We already have a "Debug" field that encodes some addition data to help with debugging. However, it appears to be less useful for video and other issues that might be setting related.

    Rather than ask for a list of settings or "was xyz set to abc", perhaps we can start encoding all or part of setting in the "Debug" field. Maybe it would be worth putting it in a new field.
