Vikikng 4-Story Row House (digital) (part deux)

i bought it last night at the same time as the wearables package. claimed rewards in game, only got the wearables package. waited a bit, still told nothing further to claim. gifted it to a friend, he couldn't get it in-game either. he sent it back to me, i couldn't claim it either. waited ~20 hours before trying again. still can't get it from the bank.

edit: converted to credits and re-bought, still no luck.
