    Title: Viking Guard Cloak Not Responding to Cloth Simulation
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: The viking guard cloak is not responding to cloth simulation. As you can see in the video that I've attached, the heraldry cloak and worn cloak that I have respond to the cloth simulation, but the viking guard cloak does not.
    Steps to Reproduce: Wear viking guard cloak, then move around with cloth simulation turned on.
