Viking Row home internal objects treated as external

    This happened once before with a row home I had. To resolve I moved everything to property mover, then moved the row marker slightly before replacing. Nothing else I had tried worked up until this point.

    However, this method is NOT working this time. No matter what I do with this house in this location, new stuff is getting treated as external. This is recent because I had already had stuff down like lights, and now if I try to just relocate them, they are showing up as external. Not sure what changed.

    UPDATE: I have an ancient hallway able place down. Anything I place on top of that gets treated as internal. However, floors walls, etc still being treated as external
