vile chekan stuck to floor

    I have a weapon stuck to my floor and no one on the permission list of my house is able to move it or right click the item to get permissions - the weapon is a vile chekan

    it's on the floor of my lord marshall house near the weapon rack at Area: Twin Traders (POT_forest_metropolis_02_template/Twin Traders) Loc: (61.9, 36.7, -155.4)
