Walk speed

    Decided to create a new feedback thread to something I said as an aside in a bug report:

    "And another thing, which isn't so much a bug as an annoyance, is that with these walking escorts like this one and the ones in Valhold etc., the avatar's walk speed isn't fast enough to keep up[with the escort] and the run speed is too fast. I have always thought the avatar's walk speed was too slow, which is why I never walk even though it would be nicer for going up stairs, esp. spiral ones. The av speed should be increased to at least the same speed as NPC's walk."

    What would be nice would be a toggle between maybe 3 walk speeds: slow(current speed); medium(keep up with NPC escorts); fast.
