Wall Glitch in Graff Island

    1. Title: Wall Glitch in Graff Island
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: There is a wall to be seen in the harbor area of Graff Island, but it is not really existant ;) ... Coords: 143, 36, 221 ... It is the same with all walls in that stile along the harbor. Tried the ~50m and every one has this bug.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: try and walkj through it ;)
    6. User Specs: Win 10, AMD 8core, gfx 970 (for more see video)
