    Title: Warranted Action - Quest
    Reproduction Rate: Can't get new warrant
    Blocker? ?
    Details:
    Phineas wouldn't respond to the WARRANT and then it was taken out of my inventory. Captain Bearfield states that he gives me another warrant but it doesn't show in inventory.

    Quest is stuck in my log and can't be deleted.
