Watcher in Grunvald Shardfall is epileptic

    Details: Keeps rapidly popping up and down, doesn't go anywhere. I assume the shards are messing with the piloting program and making the gears attack each other.
    Steps to Reproduce: go into shardfall, point at watcher and laugh
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 16329
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti GPU RAM: 3013
    SotA.PreAlpha.Win.64.361.Date.12.17.15
    Area: Novia_R4_Desert01_GrunvaldShardfall
    Loc: (43.2, 103.2, -266.6)

    Usually when a report is made about NPC's bouncing/popping up and down, it typically indicated something odd/broken with the navmesh. Some things I do to manually test areas for that is using a pet or drag NPCs through the area to see they they start bouncing too.

    Good to know. I'll make my poor innocent mimic run around and watch bad anime in that area until I find the exact spot that he has seizures.

    Couldn't test with mimic due to a different bug (count down timer for my pet summon kept resetting). Tried with phoenix, never triggered. Dismissed and ditched phoenix (in case it's flying is what prevented it). Lured obsidian elemental all over the darn place and couldn't find the sweet spot...
