    Steps to Reproduce: place waterfront keep, convert it to island. textures are really low resolution.

    So after visiting another location of the non tropical island version I see another keep has the correct textures. I could be related specifically to the Tropical Map that is loading a template with out detailed textures. hope that helps narrow it down. This is how it should look but with palm trees.
