Water Spell additions to enhance RPing Water Mage...

    For the last 2 releases ( 62 & 63 ) I've been roleplaying a specialist water mage and as a result I feel the water tree is a bit lacking and would benefit from the addition of 3 new spells. By adding these 3 spells my water mage would be able to become a true specialist and would no longer have to rely on healing touch from the life tree and searing ray from the sun tree. So here is my wish list for new water tree skills...

    1) Soothing Drizzle - no reagents and similat effects as healing touch.
    2) Harpoon - Heavier hitting version of Ice Arrow with a range that increases as it skills up.
    3) Tidal Wave - AOE damage and slow effects.

    Maybe put all three spells as a new branch drizzle as level 1 then harpoon at level 2 and tidal wave at level 3.
