Watering plants just planted does not show visually as watered

    Details:Watering a plant that was just planted does not give the usual visual appearance of being watered. Also mousing over with the cursor, the cursor turns green like the plant can be watered. If I clicking again in this state, the message is given, "Plant (Cotton Bush) looks watered already". Cotton, garlic, and mandrake seeds were tested with the same result. Relog fixed the issue and all the plants had the visual indicator of being watered.
